Nathan Daniel FdSc RVN
Registered Veterinary Nurse
Nathan comes from a Cornish human nursing family and decided to combine his passion for animals and nursing into Veterinary Nursing. He qualified with an FdSc in Veterinary Nursing from Nottingham Trent University in 2019and then went on to complete his Clinical Coach training in 2019, allowing him to teach students the essential nursing skills. He is currently studying an BSc(Hons) in Veterinary Nursing and an Associate Fellowship at Nottingham Trent University which he hopes to complete in the summer of 2021. Nathan has previously worked in first opinion practices and referral hospitals in the north of England, whilst also undertaking a placement on a game reserve in South Africa. He returned to the county upon qualifying in 2019, beginning work as a rotating multidisciplinary RVN at a busy referral hospital. Nathan joined Penbode in October 2020 and works mainly at our Camelford and Stratton branches. He has a keen interest in veterinary education, oncology, wildlife and nurse clinics, which he is hoping to do further study into in the future. Outside of work Nathan likes to travel and go out for dinners with friends and family.
