Terms and Conditions of Payment


Account Clients
  1. Payment for treatment, drugs and professional services supplied during a month is required by the end of the time stated on the invoice. The practice reserves the right to add account charges and interest to all outstanding amounts due for payment after that time and at the end of each subsequent 14 or 30 day period.
  2. If drugs are purchased for 'cash' they must be paid for within seven days or the 10% cash discount will be forfeit. The practice reserves the right to add account charges and interest to all outstanding amounts due for payment after that time and at the end of each subsequent 14 or 30 day period.
  3. If payment is not made on time, the practice reserves the right to request that in future, treatment, drugs and professional services be paid for in cash at the time.

Non Account Clients
  1. Payment for treatment, drugs and professional services is required at the time; if payment is not made at the time, a surcharge of 3.00 will be added to all outstanding amounts. If payment has not been received by the end of the 14 or 30 day period in which the invoice was raised, the practice reserves the right to add account charges and interest to all outstanding amounts due for payment and at the end of each subsequent 14 or 30 day period.
  2. If payment is not made on time, the practice reserves the right to request that all future treatment, drugs and professional services be paid for in cash at the time.

All Clients
  1. If payment of treatment, drugs and professional services is regularly late or not forthcoming, the practice reserves the right to give notice that it will no longer act as Veterinary Surgeons to the client.
  2. Any and all costs incurred by the practice in the collection of payments due will be charged to the client and added to the total sum outstanding.
