PENBODE PET HEALTH CLUB

More and more of our owners are joining our Practice Health Club because it offers a simple, flexible way to pay for your pet’s preventative healthcare. In return for a small monthly payment we provide you with a comprehensive programme of monitoring, maintenance and prevention to help your pet stay healthy.

WHY HAVE WE INTRODUCED THE PRACTICE HEALTH CLUB?
As we hope you have already experienced, we are totally committed to providing all pets with the best quality veterinary care. Introducing the Practice Health Club allows us to regularly monitor your pet’s health to ensure they remain in tip top condition. Regular monitoring and preventative treatment ensures that your pet has the best chance of remaining healthy - potential problems can be identified and treated early.

WHY SHOULD I BECOME A MEMBER?
Membership ensures you have access to quality veterinary care and offers you a simple flexible way to pay for your pet’s care. It is designed to give you peace of mind knowing your pet will be given the best preventative healthcare using quality products. Regular visits will mean:

HOW DO I JOIN?
Take a few minutes to fill in a simple form at reception.

HOW DO I PAY?
Monthly by direct debit.

WHAT IS THE COST OF JOINING THE PRACTICE HEALTH CLUB?
There is a one-off administration fee of £10.
Then:
Monthly payments by direct-debit as per rates for your pet/plan

  • 2 x health checks (nails, ears, glands)
  • Routine vaccinations
  • Routine treatment for parasites (de-worm, de-flea)
  • Dietary and nutrition advice and weight checks
  • Microchipping

10-30kg(adult weight)
Same as Plan A £15
Plan C:
over 30kg(adult weight)
Same as Plan A £17
For an extra £2 per month we will include annual blood and urine tests – we would recommend this for dogs over 8yrs old.
Cats:
Plan A
  • 2 health checks (nails, ears, glands)
  • Routine vaccinations
  • Routine treatment for parasites (de-worm, de-flea)
  • Dietary and nutrition advice and weight checks
  • Microchipping

Plan B As Plan A but with annual screening urine and blood tests – which we would recommend for cats over 10yrs old. £14.50
Cats and Dogs: 5% discount on all additional treatments (including neutering) and sundry items (including food).

Please understand that this is not an insurance policy — we recommend that you consider insurance to cover unforeseen illness and injuries.
