“Poor Performance in the Horse”
Richard Hepburn BVSc DipACVIM MS CertEM (IntMed) MRCVS
ACVIM Specialist in Internal Medicine
Richard joined the Willesley Equine Clinic in 2004 to strengthen the medicine side of the practice. Following three years in general equine practice and a spell in New Zealand, Richard completed a three year residency in equine medicine at the Marion Du Pont Scott Equine Medical Centre, Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine, and has subsequently become Board Certified in Equine Medicine by the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine. Extremely competent in all aspects of equine medicine, including neonatology, Richard has a special interest in gastric and duodenal ulcers and poor performance in horses. With our state-of-the-art digital video-gastroscope at the clinic, he is in a strong position to continue his research into this important problem.
“Surgery in the Horse”
Ollie Crowe BVSc CertES (Orth) MRCVS
Oliver undertook an Internship at Greenwood, Ellis and Partners in Newmarket before completing a residency in equine surgery at the Royal Veterinary College. After a period in racehorse practice in Lambourn he joined Willesley Equine Clinic in 2003 to continue the expansion of the surgical and diagnostic caseload. He enjoys all areas of equine surgery, but has particular interest in orthopaedic and minimally invasive surgery, especially arthroscopy, laparoscopy and fracture repair.
